fantastic 20 min tempo at Blackwell. course mostly underwater and pouring rain throughout. Mara and Becky went out a little ahead, then dropped back while Hannah OF and I caught up with Jane, Sonia and Catherine. we finished 8 seconds fast - 6 second at the 800 to go mark, meaning we gained 2 seconds even on the really underwater part. yay!
the hills were awesome.
