Trail running - took off down Bay and played around on the trails just west of here. No trespassing signs everywhere, but they're wide, well-worn trails with nothing else around and some beautiful swimming holes. Way too tempting to pass up. They do start heading up over the side of the mountain, but about a mile and a half in I took a left turn and ended up circling back down along the shoulder. Nice and shady too, good chance to get out of the heat.
