HOT! GROSS! HUMID!!!
Yuck. Anyway, had a nice run along 116 to Pearl St, 2 min past Woodbridge Rd. Tried to run up into the Seven Sisters, but the footing was too uncertain, so 13 minutes into the run I stopped, climbed up to the first peak (it's only about 800 ft), walked back down and then carried on with my run. I'd been hoping to make it to the river at another point, but didn't happen. Oh well. Felt good overall, just thirsty, and pretty dead tired by the time I was in the last 3 miles or so. But at 87 degrees and 80% humidity, I'll take that.
