Did 6 intervals at 6.5 mph for 1/2 mile each, resting 3 minutes between @ 3.5 mph. Started 1st 2 runs out at 1% incline, after .25 lowered to 0%. Ran rest of way at 0% incline. Warmed up for 1:30, and cooled down for 4 minutes, and then did 2 minutes at 15% incline @ 3.5 mph.
