Wanted to keep the run very easy as I plan to swim in the morning and went for a cycle yesterday. Went with Harley and just kept a steady pace the whole way. Pretty humid and the hamstrings (especially the right one) felt tender from the bog on Saturday. Stopped for short walk but could have kept going if I wanted - it was more to ensure that the run was stress free. Good pace considering how out of shape I am so happy enough.
