Planned a long easy run but the body felt pretty tired. I was ok for the first 30 - 40 mins but I was travelling at a very slow pace. I thought I might pick the pace up again but I was genuinely tired - the legs are tired from training the last few days. No probs from any injuries so happy even though it was slow and a bit of a struggle to finish. For the first time in ages I got a stitch on the way home and stopped once or twice but just kept the same speed to the finish - I didn't bother to pick the pace up
