Legs very tired on this run - the body is definitely suffering from 2 weeks of higher than normal training. I should probably have an easier week next week to make sure I don't do too much too early. I actually stopped a couple of times on the run as just felt plain tired. Strange thing was I was going with the wind and downhill when I stopped both times which is kinda weird. My HR was low so I wasn't under real pressure just not a lot of energy in the body. I had trained 4 days in a row (incl gym) so body dog tired... No injury issues and did actually finish quite well. Will definitely benefit from a days rest - hopefully the legs will be fully recharged for long run on Sat
