Not a bad run today. Felt quite smooth the whole way and slightly better than yesterdays run. First time to run two days in a row since I hurt my foot. Felt I could have run even further but taking it easy at the moment to focus on crss training. Foot was pretty ok but it's still not 100%. I can't imagine being able to run for 90 mins on the road with no problems. I will probably need to build up slowly.
