Notes

Cardio session in the gym. More like a bric session actually. started off with 20 mins quite hard on the bike before doing 20 mins fast enough on the treadmill. Got the treadmill speed up to 15km/h at the end. Finished with 5 mins on the crtoss trainer. Chest ok and no other issues other than trying to keep my balance on the treadmill at 15km/h !
