Did the session very quickly as Zoe was in the gym as well. started with a 5 mins cycle and raced through the reps. Some were tough but prob down to the lack of rest more than anything else. Finished quickly so decided to do 20 mins on the treadmill at the end. started at 11 km/h before moving to 12 quickly enough. For the last 7 mins increased the speed by 0.5km/h every minute until I finished at 15.5km/h. Good blast out for the legs and good session overall. will probably look to do these sessions like this from now on (finish with some cardio)
