Slow steady run. Wanted to just go real easy to recover from the long run on Saturday. Legs did feel a bit tired but I still had a bit of a spring in my step. It was a nice steady run with a low HR and it felt pretty comfy the whole way... No probs with anything except for a slight strain in my left hamstring.
