First swim in probably 6 months. Just planned on getting 20 or so lengths out of the way to get the feel for the water again. 2 lengths at a time and initially I only took a short break but the longer I went on the more of a break I took as I was getting tired. Towards the end I tried a much smoother, gentler stroke where I didn't push too hard and it helped me swim without getting too tired. Maybe I need to try a much smoother stroke going forward...
