Much better run that any of the ones since I started back a couple of weeks ago. Achilles very stiff for the first 5 mins but once the legs loosened out I was fine. Felt like I was running a bit more normally and not under as much pressure as before. Just settled into a good rhythm and had no issues. Really sunny day which definitely makes it easier. No watch again but something around 44 mins again according to iphone when I got home. Good run
