Good session in the pool (lesson). Started off with 8 lengths warm up where I didn't feel great but once I started on the drills I felt I was doing them a lot better. More and more of the technical aspects of the stroke are becoming natural to me so I'm less likely to forget important elements. In the end did 4 x 50m and they fely solid enough technically. all were timed between 1.10 - 1.15 which is pretty good. Lots more to learn but finally seem to be making progress :)
