2nd run in 3 days. Very very wet underfoot - splashing around most of the time. Started pretty well but really struggled in the 2nd half. Really expected this to be a better run but soon realised that the energy and fitness wasn't there. Hamstring a bit worse so have to be carefull there :(
Great to get another run in but I did stop a few times and it was the toughest run in a while
