Notes
First run since holidays. Sunny and ground nice and dry underfoot. Knee was pretty ok but hamstring problem still there although not as bad as before. Very much plod plod for the first lap and even though I didn't really get a 2nd wind I did pick the pace up and tried to finish strongly. Probably not a great idea until I'm fitter - need to focus more on getting through these runs without any niggles. Hope to do about 3 of these runs a week and see where that leaves me. Definitely need to mix it up with some other exercises (eg cycling) to improve overall fitness
