Went for another spin with Oscar. Very similar day to last time (warm but quite windy). We decided to go a little further this time. I was in good shape for the entire cycle but lost contact with Oscar on a few tough stretches. Still I was able to recover pretty quickly and I was happy to cover almost 50km on only my second cycle out. Must keep up twice weekly cycles if possible to give myself a decent chance of cycling at close to 30km/h on triathlon day
