Longest run in a while. Was pretty stiff from my cycle yesterday and the first 20 mins I felt pretty uncomfortable. After the legs loosened up I got into a pretty decent rhythm. Originally planned to run for 45 mins but I was feeling ok so stayed out for an hour. The last 5 mins or so the legs were pretty tired and I was holding on a bit. Still considering it was a good 2 miles longer trhan I've run in a while was happy... Achilles ok
