Really strong run with Oscar. Mix of road, grass and sand - started from Oscars place in Ballsbridge and ran almost to Blackrock station and back. Went against a slight wind for the first half and turned at about 8 min smile pace. Really picked it up over the 2nd half of the run and the pace was strong. I was feeling quite strong and confortable - my running form was really good as well. Delighted to be able to finish as well as that and to be honest felt ok at the finish. A little bit stiff during the first 30 mins but really loosened up and stretched out over the 2nd part of the run. Delighted with the run overall...
