Want to introduce a little bit of speed into my sessions so Fartlek is probably the easiest one to do on my own. Makes the lap a bit more interesting. Basically easy to the park and then push until half way to the end of the park, ease off until half way and then push again until half way back. Basically I pushed for half of each lap. Didn't stop and my pace felt good even though my breathing was a bit heavy. In time my speed will probably get a lot stronger during the hard parts but at the moment not much of a difference. Still felt good to push the pace a bit. Very cold out but ground pretty ok despite recent rain. No issues and happy with the run
