Picked the pace up from recent runs but I did have to push a bit harder than normal to do it. Ended up being a lot faster than I've ran since I hurt my foot but to be honest this is the pace I like to run at. I'm fed up running at 8.30/mile pace. More runs like this where I push enough to get the pace going but also keep my HR reasonably low... No probs - very windy day and pretty cold
