Notes

Plan was to run the first lap easy and run the 2nd lap like a tempo. Everything ok until the tempo when I got a sharp pain in my ankle early in the lap. Tried to shake it off and stretch it out but didn't improve. In the end turned around and walked/jogged home. Like the idea of throwing a fast lap into my runs once or twice a week - makes it more interesting !
