First gym trip in a long long time - joined the gym again for a year. No weights as I'm swimming in the morning so did all cardio.
- 10 mins on the bike
- 15 mins on the cross trainer
- 2,000m on the rowing machine (8:56)
- 6 mins on the treadhill
Had to leave reasonably early as was getting a lift with Tiago and Aideen. Good gym session. Pushed quite hard on everything
