First run back since I got back from Belgium. Keen to keep the momentum going after running 3 times last week. Achilles were quite sore at the start and stopped to stretch them after 3 minutes. After that felt quite ok and no temptation to stop at any stage. Bit of an improvement on last weeks runs in that I felt a bit more comfortable. Worried about the achilles but I will look to keep stretching it on the stairs to get it stronger.
