Lunchtime run - first time I've ever run at lunch but busy Thurs and Friday evenings and didn't want to miss a run. Quite ok - not my smoothest. I has a small braekfast at 8.30 and a banana at 11.30 but I felt light on energy - next time I probably need to eat a bit more. Felt a little light headed but nothing serious. Didn't look at the watch at all, just running on feeling and was happy with the speed but not the HR. The HR was a little higher but still not too bad... Will definitely do this again if I need to
