Another really good run. Kept a steady pace throughout without pushing too hard. Maybe should have went a bit easier but have tomorrow off so legs will recover ok. Once again didn't look at the watch at all - a good idea to make sure I can figure out my own pace but also that I listen more to my body rather than focusing too much on the watch.
