Notes
Easy run with a 1 lap tempo in the middle. Started off very slowly as hamstrings were wrecked. I was pretty much plodding around and not feeling great. Started off on my fast lap and it took a while of blowing hard before I got into it. First half of the lap was tough but I built up a good head of steam for the 2nd half. Finished well but needed a couple of mins break before jogging home.
