Much better performance over 2 laps in deansgrange. On my easy lap I felt much better than I did the last few times. Eased into the fast lap pretty well and stayed strong throughout. It felt a lot smoother than my last fast lap and I didn't huff and puff as much either. Think there is probably more to come over the next few weeks and will look to extend it to 2 fast laps sooner rather than later. Felt strong on the jog home which is a big improvement on my last run where I plodded home v slowly
