Barefoot run on the beach after the HM in Vigo. Was absolutely shattered after the HM and I was barely able to walk at the start. All downhill to the beach at the start so that helped. Took the runners off on the beach and that was pretty nice - got into the running quickly enough on the beach - nice feeling running with the water cooling your feet. Put the runners back on and uphill to the finish. Not as bad as I expected but legs sore all the way and I really fely every metre of the HM in my legs
