Notes

Hurling Training

First training in a while after hurting my calf. Not a great idea as had a match yesterday and I should have let the leg recover. Training was tough (tackle focused) and the calf was sore right from the start. Opted out towards the end as it got too sore. Love the training and really wish I was fully fit to take part
