Notes

Only the 2nd time to use Zoe's spinning bike. Just kept up a high cadence and didn't worry too much about speed etc. Every now and then stood out of the saddle and cranked up the resistance just to stretch the legs. Ass was very sore but managed to do the full hour. Need something good on TV to keep the mind off cycling - will plan some MTV or a match on TV to keep me occupied next time. No probs with knee or calf which was a bonus
