Notes
Easy week - 1st run of the week. Had a 2 day break from my long run at the weekend and felt fresh on this run right from the start. Didn't push at all and felt great throughout. Once again good speed and I was barely out of breath at the finish. Ground was pretty wet from rain earlier and there was a decent wind but I was never under pressure. Looking forward to 2 more runs like this later in the week befroe cranking my training up a notch once again.
