Run on the roads with Oscar. I ran to Deansgrange, up Kill Avenue and along the N11 and met Oscar near Leopardstown. We turned around and back the way I came. Went with Oscar through Blackrock Dart station and into the park. Turned around and back along the main road. I was in pretty good shape for most of the run but I started slowly and was under a bit of pressure at the finish. Good run overall - I had only planned to run 6 miles so delighted to get the extra miles but careful to take the rest of the week easy in preparation for a tough week next week
