Easy run after work. Planned to have an easy run because I have a tough session in the morning. Started off very easy (8:40 pace) for the first half before picking the pace up nicely on the way back. Quite stiff and legs tired after a day off and the first 25 mins was a bit weird. The last 20 - 25 mins was very comfy as I picked up the pace without pushing it too fast
