Long enough run after work. Sluggish enough into the run but the pace was quite good so happy enough. After about 15 - 20 mins my calves, achilles and heels felt quite tight so stopped for 60 - 90 secs. Got going again and felt better straight away. The rest of the run was fast enough but I went through a few tough enough patches as well as some good patches. Finished strong - only problem is in my achilles (both) which are pretty tender
