Notes

Wanted to reach 10km for the Strava July challenge so added a bit on at the end. Started too fast and was under pressure early enough. Had to stop once or twice which I hate doing but I was wrecked. Got my second wind for 20 - 25 mins in the middle of the run but again it was tough enough towards the finish. It was a humid day which probably didn't help but looking at stats my pace was good for a run I didn't feel great on. Need to make sure I'm running 2 - 3 times a week or I won't make any progress. Need also to soon get to the stage where I'm running one easy long run per week (start at 60 mins and increase gradually...). Not bad - few niggles in hamstring and Achilles but knee ok (tight later on). Did a few strides with Zoe in the park afterwards
