Notes

First proper training session with Cuala. Man it was tough. A lot of running and I was on my knees more than once. More than held my own against the others fitness wise but the hurling skills not there yet. Love tough training like this and will see massive improvements if I stick with this training as well as a few runs to pad it out. Really good warm up and warm down so no issues with injuries which is a big relief :)
