Easy easy run after tough hurling training last night. Body was a bit tired and muscles quite stiff so not sure I could have went much faster. Happy to get a decent run in and hopefully it will help me to recover in time for hurling tomorrow. Very cold wind made it a tough enough run and although it wasn't raining the ground was very wet underfoot. Slow but decent run - good nights sleep needed now !!! No probs with legs which is definitely thanks to good warm up and warm down after hurling
