Wow it was very windy. Started off really slowly as I had a bad run yesterday. I thought that if I was running well I would possibly go for the full hour but I was originally aiming for 45 mins. Legs were quite stiff at the start and I honestly thought that 45 mins would be it. After about 30 mins I definitely got stronger. The speed was still slow but I didn't care as I was getting the distance in and my hamstring and knee were ok (ish). Very wet underfoot and pretty tough going but despite a poor start it ended up being a good run. Delighted to get a one hour run so early in the week
