Once I got over the initial struggle this was quite a good run. Same as my last run the legs were stiff starting off and I was pretty slow. I didn't really struggle as my HR was low but I didn't feel smooth at all. Things improved in the second half of the run - I was happy to pick the pace up a bit but didn't push too hard as had a 1 hour run on Monday and am going longer again on Friday. No issues with hamstring or knee
