Late enough run after work. Pretty mucky and wet underfoot and it was hard to get into a good rhythm. Seemed to get into the run easily enough but the whole way through I had the feeling that I was running faster than I was. Although I felt good I don't think I could have upped the pace much without struggling. I think my legs were a bit tired from last weeks training but it's still nice to get through a run reasonably well with no real problems. Even though I'm only back a few days I can still feel the runs getting a bit easier. Belly jiggles a bit much for my liking but fingers crossed that will change in time.
