Easing back to running after my latest bout of gout :(

Could have ran more but wanted to start off slowly and not put the body under too much pressure. Ideally wanted to run 30 mins today, 45 on Sat, 55 - 60 mins on Monday and 45 mins next Wednesday before meeting up with Oscar for a run in Brussels. Quads a bit tight and achilles a bit stiff but other than that felt ok. Took it very easy
