Not a bad run really. I wanted to focus just on running so didn't look at the watchat any stage during the run. I think I overanalyse my speed and HR too much during the run so decided to run completely by feel. In the end was a little stiff and achilles were tight but the run was quite comfortable. Pace was good right throughout and I had no real probs. Very happy with the speed and the HR was ok for a run like that
