Best run in a long while. Worried beforehand that I would be tired and sore having ran yesterday but I got into my running earlier than usual and after 15 mins was running really smoothly. My average at that point was about 8.20min/mile put it picked up very quickly after that. Although I was running well I could still tell that I was out of action for a few months as I wasn't 100% fluent towards the end but far far better than I expected. No niggles to report.
