Notes

Late night swim. Straight in and did 40 lengths non stop. Looking to build up strength and fitness in the water and this is the only way I can think to do it. Arms god tired a little bit after 30 lengths so aimed for 40 in total. 28:16 for the 40 lengths but will aim to get this down under 25 mins over the next few weeks. Breathing was quite good and form seemed decent but still slow as a wet weekend :(
