First run since I hurt my calf and have just come back from a cold so was expecting it to be tough. Started out at a very sensible pace to ensure I got through run ok. Felt quite good the whole way but I was going very slow and didn't feel like I could go much faster. Picked the pace up a small bit in the second half but still slow overall. Happy with the run as no real pain and didn't put myself under too much pressure which is a lesson I need to learn from previous efforts to get back running that have ended in injury. Must focus on cross training to keep the body healthy !
