Notes
Went for a run after work and decided that if I was going well I'd try an extra lap. Started really slowly to once again make sure I didn't run into problems. Same as before I didn't seem to be able to go much faster but I was feeling ok and managed 3 laps ok. Pushed a little on the way home and felt pretty ok. Not a pretty run but nice to get over 1 hour again. Achilles quite tender on both sides but I think that might be fron the footie on Wednesday
