Slow run to start off with for the first 20 mins. Legs were stiff and sluggish but I got into it during the second half. Achilles a bit sore from time to time throughout the run but not sharp pain. Overall a good hours run. Didn't want to push it at any stage and just focus on getting through the run. Felt quite strong during the second half of the run and form was better than other runs. Must keep starting slowly to ensure that I don't struggle later in the runs
