8 Rabbits, 1 Ground squirrel, and about 700 birds.
Nice morning to be able to run after 6am. Tanner ran in 97º heat and high humidity for his 3K time trial last night. He was disappointed in his time that was 7 seconds slower than his first one a week and a half ago. I'm sure he'll improve.
Easy run today, but progressive 10 second goals each mile gave me something to shoot for. It wasn't a set time to begin with, but rather 10 seconds faster than the mile you just ran. Didn't want to run too fast at any given time.
