Notes

Same as last time. Added in anytime I stopped during a 25x core work exercise (i.e.. 1-11, 12-18, 19-25). With the idea to push through without stopping.

One thing different this time is to stress perfection in technique. Don't be sloppy, don't accept a bad push-up, don't do anything unless it has meaning and merit.
